ONE STANDARD HEXAGONAL SELF-LOCKING SLOTTED NUT ALL METAL
The principle of self-locking nut HCE is to compress the flank thread of the male element on a sector.
This principle is obtained by making a calibrated slot in the central part of the hexagon of the nut (Height = Diameter), which is then crushed under a specific load to obtain a permanent elastoplastic deformation.
When assembled, the HCE nut returns to its original shape by generating pressure on the side of the flank of the male element on a sector creating a constant braking torque (called self-locking). This self-locking torque is independent of the tightening torque applied when tightening the HCE nut.
