LOW HEXAGONAL SELF-LOCKING NUT WITH NON-METALLINC INSERT
The self-locking principle of the HMP (ISO 10511) nut is to crimp a nylon ring located on the upper part. During the assembly, the ring is deformed by the thread of the screw and creates an imprint in the ring. This imprint compressing the thread of the screw makes it possible to create a constant braking torque (called self-locking).
